At Irvine Pediatrics, our top priority is the overall health and well-being of your child. To better serve you, please request prescription refills during regular office hours and allow us three business days to complete your request.
Please note that we do not refill medications after regular office hours. To ensure that your prescription is refilled, call before 4:30 pm during regular office hours.
In addition, please be aware that some prescriptions must be written and are not allowed by law to be called into a pharmacy. Prescriptions such as Concerta Metadate. Adderall, Ritalin and Clonidine are examples of the types of medications that must be provided to the pharmacy in a printed form. These prescriptions can be picked up from our office. There is a five dollar fee for each prescription.
When you call for a refill, please leave your child’s full name, the date of birth, a telephone number where you can be reached and the pharmacy phone number.
Your pharmacy may also fax refill requests to our office. Most major pharmacy chains have our fax information on file.
